Agoura Hills, CA
For the design of their new office headquarters campus and conference center in Agoura Hills, California, the Hilton Foundation sought out Van Atta Associates for our signature environmentally and aesthetically sensitive designs. The owner’s vision for the project is to create a healthy and productive working environment that is integrated within the 61-acre site and embodies a thoughtful use of resources throughout design and construction. The landscape design includes several green strategies such as rainwater collection in an underground cistern, vegetated roofs, native habitat restoration and storm water recharge through the use of vegetated bio-swales and detention basins.
